“My husband and I consider ourselves lucky that Ben was representing the sellers on the vacation home we purchased in Sky Valley. We flew in from Texas to see the home after the most snow and ice they’d seen in years, and Ben graciously showed us the home in the frigid temperatures. After breaking for lunch, Ben took us on as a client so we could make a formal offer. We were comfortable not using our own realtor, but being from out of state, we needed some guidance on real estate law specific to Georgia. He answered all of our questions over several hours, and we felt confident and well informed when we flew back home. From the beginning to the end, Ben has been proactive and quick to respond. When I scheduled various inspections and tradespeople during our option period, all of them were able to gain information about how to access the house on their first communication. I was very impressed! Ben’s knowledge of the local area has already helped us a ton too. We can’t thank him enough for such a lovely experience and highly recommend him as a realtor.”
