“I did a mobile order at 7:25 for pick up at 7:40. They had not even started the drink order until 7:44. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was ready and cold. The baristas were rude and unfriendly. People who ordered after I got there were served first. I guess the trick to this Starbuck is not to use the mobile app. You will get your order much faster in the morning. Oh, and the breakfast sandwich was stale.”

“Jack needs a raise, he makes a coffee to die for. 9/17 we went in and Tara was the only one there. Clearly she was upset about it because everything was loud as she was making coffee, but this isn’t a complaint. Not about her. She needs a raise for dealing with being alone and still working her butt off.”

“We had to get a refund after 20mins for a venti pink drink. There were 4 employees in the kitchen and only one young guy doing all the work. Poor attitude and no pride in there work. When questioned why it was taking so long”
