“We got there at 8pm on a Friday with one other table in the dining area. We waited over two minutes for the girls behind the counter to acknowledge us after finishing their conversation. They were talking and cleaning. Food took over 15 minutes, fine, Zaxbys is always a bit of a wait for food. As we were finally eating at 8:30, they are cleaning, scrubbing, throwing tea out, loudly scooting chairs around. I get the dining room closes at 9, but cleaning around customers and acting like they don’t exist when you have a long time before closing is completely rude.”

“okay so i don’t know why but there is something always wrong with my order. like today we went through curbside and it took about 20-30 minutes to get our food we had to get out and ask them about the order and then i didn’t drink or eat my food until i got home which took about 5 minutes since i don’t live far i got home and my drink wasn’t what i ordered and then my food was cold and i had got cookies and they didn’t even come in my bag so it has not been the best experience.”
