“15 minutes in drive through for a medium vanilla iced coffee. I watched as multiple people after me received their large orders. When I went inside to see how much longer it would be, I was met with condescending attitude after telling them I had waited for 15 minutes for one coffee. Surprisingly, it was in my hands, with melted ice within 10 seconds. The woman who took my order is and has always been pleasant, the others not so much. Needless to say I won't waste my time at this establishment anymore.”
